How I Become A Millionaire (howibecomeamillionaire.net) is operated by howibecomeamillionaire.net. These terms apply when you use the site, upload photos, buy credits or download videos. By using How I Become A Millionaire you accept these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Every person in an uploaded photo must also be at least 18. Photos of minors are not allowed.

What you buy

You buy credits. One credit makes one short AI-generated video with AI-generated voice at the resolution you chose:

• 1 video · 480p: $4.99 (USD, one-time payment, no subscription)
• 3 videos · 480p: $12 (USD, one-time payment, no subscription)
• 1 video · 720p: $9.99 (USD, one-time payment, no subscription)
• 3 videos · 720p: $24 (USD, one-time payment, no subscription)

Credits belong to the order they were bought with and are used from that order page. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Delivery

Most videos are ready within 15 minutes of payment. If a video is not delivered within 24 hours, contact us for a full refund. Videos are delivered as a download on your order page, not by mail.

Refunds

Failed generations return the credit automatically. Each order includes 1 free regeneration. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Your photos and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to appear. Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, strangers or anyone who did not consent. You keep the rights to your photos and give us a limited license to process them only to make your video. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

AI-generated content

Videos are generated by AI models and are fictional. Results vary and may not look exactly like the person in the photo. Do not present them as real footage or use them to mislead, harass or impersonate anyone.

Independence

How I Become A Millionaire is an independent product and is not affiliated with the creators, artists, labels or platforms connected to the How I Become A Millionaire trend. Voices in the videos are AI-generated, not the original audio; any music you add is subject to that platform's rules.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of howibecomeamillionaire.net, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
