Refund Policy

Purchases give you video credits (1 credit = 1 video at the resolution you bought). If something goes wrong, contact support@howibecomeamillionaire.net with your order number.

Failed generation: credit returned automatically

If a video cannot be generated, or the finished video fails our automated safety check, the credit used is returned to your order automatically and you can generate again. If you prefer your money back for unused credits, email us.

One free remake per order

If a delivered video does not look right, each order includes 1 free remake within 7 days of delivery, without using a credit.

Delivered videos

Credits already used for a delivered video are not refundable, except where required by law. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds made through Stripe or your bank

If a payment is refunded or disputed, any unused credits from that purchase are removed from your order.

Policy violations

Orders may be refused if the photos or requested use violate our Acceptable Use Policy, including photos of anyone under 18, celebrities, strangers, non-consenting people, NSFW content, harassment, impersonation or deception.

Delivery

Most videos are ready within 15 minutes of payment. If a video is not delivered within 24 hours, contact us for a full refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, within 2 business days. Funds usually return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
